The intent of this publication is to offer an English language service book for Small Compline to be used by the laity in accordance with common practice in the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. Also included in the handbook is the Salutations (Akathist Hymn) to the Theotokos, and Canon for preparation before Holy Communion, as well as a Canon to the Guardian Angel.
