Later, it looks at the Biblical basis for fasting, highlighting how Christ Himself fasted in the desert. From there it goes on to talk about when we fast (looking at the Church year with its seasons of feasting and fasting), why we fast, and then later, explains what is more important than food to fast in a God-pleasing way.
