The Fountain of Light is a series of reflections from His Grace Bishop Emilianos of Meloa, aiming to make us Fountains of the Holy Spirit. This fourth volume in the series transcribes nine sermons delivered throughout 2023 at various Parishes in the Brisbane District of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia.
Entitled You and I, the key recurring theme of Volume 4 is the dynamic relationship between knowing God and relating to others. Using the messages contained in our Holy Gospel to make sense of our everyday life experiences, Bishop Emilianos illustrates how our understanding and unity with God is the deciding factor that inherently shapes and influences our daily interactions with those around us. We come to see that the more we draw near to God, the brighter we see His Image in each person we encounter.
