PRECAUTIONS ON BLEND: This blend is not safe for those pregnant or with ragweed allergies. Do not use on children under 2 (roller). 

HOW TO USE:
Apply the roller to chest/dot under the nose and behind ears. Adults & older kids can roll to the palm of hands and cup over your nose [avoiding your eyes] and inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times and focus on your breathing!
