How to Use For Prevention:

Kids 2–5: 10 drops in water

Kids 5–10: 20 drops in water

Ages 10+: 20–30 drops in water
When Sick: Repeat the above doses up to 3x daily.
Tip: Apple cider vinegar can be taken straight, but kids may find it strong. Mixing with a splash of water makes it easier to take.
Shelf Life
Best within one year of date made. Store in a cool, dark place—refrigeration recommended.
