A selection of letters written by the Eastern Orthodox priest, scientist, theologian, and polymath Pavel Florensky (author of The Pillar and Ground of the Truth) from the Soviet labor camps to his family. They explore a number of themes, including biology, mathematics, literature, geology, and chemistry, and together tell the story of a great heart and mind brought into tragic circumstances.
